Sing Like Freddie Mercury with FreddieMeter
People love singing with Freddie Mercury, but can you sing like Freddie too? We created an AI-powered singing challenge to find out. Using new, on-device machine learning models developed by Google Research, FreddieMeter measures how closely your timbre, pitch, and melody match Freddie’s iconic voice. Best of all, your audio stays private as it’s not uploaded to any servers for analysis.
FreddieMeter was developed in collaboration with The Mercury Phoenix Trust, a charity founded by Brian May, Roger Taylor, and their manager Jim Beach in memory of Freddie Mercury, who passed away in 1991 from AIDS-related causes. Over the past 27 years, the Trust has funded over 1,000 projects in 56 countries, donating more than $17 million in the global fight against HIV/AIDS.
